Happy new year.

Happy new year.

So we are by the end of the year and this time a year it’s popular to make resolutions for the new year.

It’s usually things like: I will lose weight, exercise more, stop smoking, stop drinking, stop throwing rocks at my neighbors dog and telling parents that their babies are cute.

But we all know that no one is ever gonna stick to these resolutions right? 🙂

But as a hardcore traveler I like to make new year travel resolutions that I stick to.

I don’t make unrealistic resolutions, but I make sure it’s something that will keep me on the move so that I don’t end up becoming some grumpy old fart sitting in front of the computer moaning about the world.

2015 will be full of adventure.

2015 will be full of adventure,

So my travel resolutions for 2015 are:

1: I will travel to at least 20 countries.

2: I will visit at least 2 countries I have not previously been to.

3: I will visit at least 3 continents.

Happy new year.

Happy new year.

Now I will leave this blog post up until the end of the year and then you are all welcome to come back and haunt me if I do not stick to it, but I assure you that I will stick to my new year travl resolutions.

I will go as far as promising everyone free beer and wine next new years eve if I don’t keep it and you are anywhere near me.

Happy new year from here.

Claus.

    You forgot:

    4. I will travel by bicycle somewhere in the world.

  4. I don’t see, visiting Rich in Chicago on that list! I had Ant1606 of VT from Milan, Italy visit me for part of a day in 2014 and we bicycled part of the bike path along Lake Michigan. The offer to bike with you along the Lake is on the table.
