I just spent the day cycling around Rio de Janeiro and it’s a surprisingly good place for cycling in some parts of the city. Just like some other areas are not that suited for it. I will show you a few places here where it’s good to go if you plan to go cycling around Rio de Janeiro.

This is a little info about getting to Florianopolis from the Brazilian mainland by bicycle. When I visited Florinapolis a few days ago, I noticed that there is very little online info about this subject. So I thought I would put something up here, for people planning to go cycling across the bridge to Florianopolis.

6 days into my cycling trip from Porto Alegre to Salvador da Bahia, I thought I would make a little status. I have left the state of Rio Grande do Sul today and cycled into Santa Catarina. Here are a few impressions from my cycling trip through Rio Grande do Sul.

I will be cycling through Brazil this summer.

This summer I will be cycling 3500 kilometres from Porto Alegre in southern Brazil, to Salvador Da Bahia in Northeast Brazil. I’m doing it because I am going to see Brazil and Denmark play a football game at the olympics.
