I am a big fan of craft beers. I always try to find a bar that serves the local stuff wherever I go. In Mexico City I found this wonderful little place with lot’s of Mexican craft beer.

This is why I keep coming back to Puerto Escondido.

Yesterday morning I stopped by a little roadside restaurant in southern Chiapas to have breakfast and that turned out to be a real treat. Both from a food perspective and a human perspective.
